Really good Stay, Perfect Service

The room had many thoughtful touches. An ice chest was even provided! The complex features multiple bars, restaurants, and a beach club. There is also a pool. The gym, library, and coffee shop are all very accessible. I had a very quiet room. Staff were always helpful and happy. Breakfast had many choices and nothing was too much trouble. I received an aluminium drink bottle. The hotel provided a reusable beach bag on check-in. All food and drinks at the restaurants were excellent! The service was really good, especially the breakfast staff. The pool area has daybeds surrounding it. There is a kids pool beside the main one.
Access for outside vehicles was restricted. I had to get out before the lobby and walk in.

The room lacked a bedside table, something i found quite inconvenient. the view from the balcony was also disappointing. It overlooked a drab concrete square. i found it hard to believe the sea was so close. the sofa in the room was also very low. It wasn't very comfortable.

Excellent Bali Experience

The hotel gave me an aluminum water bottle and a reusable beach bag at check-in. The grounds had spacious areas and were immaculately maintained. My room had two big bottles of complimentary mineral water that staff replenished each day. The breakfast was a delicious a la carte menu with many tasty options.
The room size seemed too small relative to what I paid.
